What's not to like about this property? You have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2 car garage and landscaping...oh my!

But let me slow down and tell you about the house. The sellers have done all kinds of updates to it and I won't list everything here because a lot of it was that boring stuff that you hate to have to spend money on but as the new owner you'll be very happy to know it's done. You know the kinds of things I'm talking about...insulation, windows, gutters, soffit, toilets, water heater, shingles...boring but obviously important. But they've also done cosmetic updates that you're really going to like. The kitchen had new custom made hickory cabinet doors and drawer fronts installed in 2010. They also put in hickory flooring and countertops. The main level bath was also remodeled in 2010.

I think what I like the most about the house is that it's a little unique. From the outside you expect it to be your typical ranch style home but its layout is just enough different to make it interesting. On the main level you have a living room with an abundance of natural light. The wood burning fireplace is at the end of the living room, well actually it's kind of between the living room and dining area so you can enjoy it from both places. The dining area has an exterior door that leads to the deck. Next to the dining area is the kitchen with lots of cabinetry. Two of the bedrooms and one of the full baths are on the main level.

I have to say that the lower level is only partially finished but that's because part of the lower level is a tuck under, 2 car, heated garage. The remainder of the lower level is finished living area. When you first come down the stairs or enter from the garage, you're in an open area that the current owners use as an office. There's another bedroom and another full bath down here as well as the laundry room and a room off the bedroom that is currently used as a nursery. Between the 2 levels you have over 1900 square feet of finished living area!

The outside is great too. The house sits on an oversized corner lot with the bulk of your yard actually to the side of the house, not behind it. There's a lot of landscaping that's been done as well as having mature trees in the yard. But you still have plenty of space for the garden, fire pit and to just hang out. To top it all off there's also a screened in porch.
