The Whole Story:
Isn't it time for you to own your own place on the Chain O' Lakes? This would be a great place to
spend your summer or weekend getaways in the winter or maybe you just want to go ahead and live here
year round!
So first off, where's it located? It's on the north side of Taylor Lake with approximately 70 feet of
frontage. Keep in mind that being part of the Chain O' Lakes means that it is connected to 21 other
lakes. One thing that the current owners like about this location is the fact that the houses are not
too close. I realize that "not too close" is kind of a relative statement, so let's say it like this.
Considering you're on waterfront AND on the Chain, the neighbors are definitely not as close as they are
in some other areas. What I like about the location is that the way it's situated, it's not as easy to see
from the road as a lot of the houses are and there's a pretty nice size yard (around 1/3 of an acre).
Now, let's talk about the house. It definitely is a year round home, not just a seasonal cottage. On the
main level there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, eat-in kitchen and a large living room with a gas log fireplace.
The current owners use half of the living room as a dining room so it's obviously big enough for you to be
flexible in how you would want to use it. It also has a full, walk-out lower level that's partially finished.
The 3rd bedroom is located down here. The finished area is really just one big room that you could be
creative in how you set it up. Put several beds in for lots of company or maybe you want a big family room.
There's also a large unfinished area to use for a shop or storage.
Another super neat thing about this property is everything that's included with it. Inside the house they're
leaving the refrigerator, stove, microwave, most cooking and eating utensils, most furniture and the window A/C.
Outside there are 2 little cabins and 2 storage sheds. One of the cabins is used for lawn equipment and the
other has been used for additional sleeping quarters. There's even a little kitchenette in there with a
refrigerator and microwave that will stay. Besides all of this, they are also leaving the pontoon boat and motor,
the row boat, the paddle boat, the dock and the firewood! Now that I think about it, I think all you have to
bring is your clothes!! Well, maybe you'll need a few more things. The sellers are also going to throw in a
home warranty.
So let's get you ready to start enjoying the Chain.
